No zeal for the lost (when was the last time you shared your faith? Do you care that people are going to hell?)
No hunger for the word (how often do you read your Bible? Most people pray at some time or another; a better test is how often you read your Bible. Are you reading it daily?)
No real desire for private prayer
No real desire for fellowship with the saints
No real desire for GOD. (Is God your all-consuming passion? Do you hunger and thirst for Him?)
Do you know why the Church is here on earth? (The Church exists for the purpose of spreading the gospel. Are you fulfilling your purpose as a believer?)
